Bids are being solicited for construction of the Monroe County Transit Authority (MCTA) Transit Facility located at 134 MCTA Drive, Swiftwater, PA 18370.

MCTA is expanding its facilities to support the anticipated growth of its operations. The project includes the renovation of the existing maintenance building with six (6) repair bays, the construction of a pre-engineered bus storage addition, and the expansion of the fuel island along with other site improvements. The upgraded facility is designed to accommodate a diverse fleet, including Fixed-Route buses, Paratransit shared-ride vehicles, Microtransit buses, and non-revenue vehicles.

Proposals shall be submitted electronically via the PennBid Program and are due by December 3, 2025 at 3:00pm, local time.
