What time will my Shared Ride bus arrive?

A: If you've not recieved a confirmation call for your next business day travel, please contact Shared Ride at (570) 839-8210 x 1, Monday - Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.


Where's the bus?

A: Fixed route buses may be delayed due to traffic and other issues. If you have a smartphone with internet access you can go to our mobile website at m.gomcta.com and select "Live Bus View" to see where the bus currently is. If buses are delayed more than 20 mintues, every effort will be made to post delays directly to the website using the Twitter feed PonyAlerts as well as RouteShout Alerts. If you still have questions, please contact the Fixed Route dispatcher at (570) 839-8210 x 2 Monday - Friday between 6:00 AM and 6:30 PM.


How do I make a Shared Ride reservation?

A: You can either call Shared Ride at (570) 839-8210 x 1 and speak with a representative, use the Reservations form on this website, or send an email to sharedride@gmail.com.


How do I cancel a Shared Ride trip?

A: Shared Ride trips must be cancelled two hours prior to the trip start to avoid no-show penalties. Please contact Shared Ride at (570) 839-8210 x 2. Please leave a message if it's after business hours.


What day of the week do you go to Scranton, or other out of county locations?

A: Check our Out of County webpage for a listing of the days of the week we go to specific areas.
