How to Ride
Shared Ride hosts an umbrella of services through the below programs. Each program has different eligibility requirements that are listed in the program links below. Program applications can also be downloaded from the program links below or acquired by calling (570) 839-6282x434.

Workers Express All riders must be registered for one of the above programs prior to receiving Shared Ride services.
Scheduling Your Ride
Once registered, reservations can be made between 2 and 14 business days prior to service. To reserve your ride:
Call (570) 839-8210 x1 Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Email your reservation to email@example.com or use our online form.
Information needed to schedule your ride:
Your Name Address for Pick-up Phone Number Date of Trip Appointment Time Destination Address Any Special Needs: Wheel Chair, Visually impaired, etc.
Know Before You Go:
Exact change is required. Be ready at least one hour prior for pick-up. Drivers cannot lift you -under any circumstance- nor enter your home. Medical escorts must be approved in advance. All riders must wear seatbelts. No smoking or eating allowed on any vehicles.
If you are unable to make a trip, you must cancel your ride at least two hours prior to pick-up. If you do not cancel at least two hours prior to your pick-up, you will be considered a no-show. No-shows are subject to fines up to and including termination of program services.
